Re-Imagine: Sketchbook Projects

Re-Imagine: Sketchbook Projects offers support for visual artists seeking to develop and enhance their studio work through robust sketchbook research. Conceptual and technical skills are explored through weekly Environments prompts that focus on the forms and forces found in the natural world, current ecological concerns, and other related subjects of interest. Artists work with a wide range of materials, methods, and approaches to foster expressive possibilities. 

Weekly Tuesday night Zoom meetings allow participants to work together, share ideas, and discuss their art with a supportive community of artists. A one-hour individual online or in person mentoring session is included and can be scheduled with the instructor on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday in May. Re-imagining and creating expressive sketchbook work through dedicated practice is the goal of this course.
