How do I register for online classes and workshops?
Students can register online at kbstudio.us. Due to the limited number of spaces available in all courses and workshops, early registration is highly recommended.
How do I pay for classes?
Credit card payments must be made at least one calendar day before the start date of all courses and workshops. Payments made after the starting date may be subject to a 10% late fee.
How do I set up weekly one-on-one appointments?
After you register, you will receive an email with available days/times for weekly meetings. Once a meeting time is agreed upon, it will be reserved for the duration of the course. If you continue into future sessions, the same meeting time can be held for you.
What if I have a question about future classes and workshops?
Current and prospective community members are encourage to email any questions or requests to info@kbstudio.us.
What about supplies?
Students are responsible for their own supplies. Recommended supplies are listed on each course and workshop page.
Are supply kits available?
General and specific supply kits can be purchased from KB Studio during enrollment. If you would like to purchase a supply kit without enrolling in a course, contact info@kbstudio.us.
How do I cancel my registration?
Students may notify info@kbstudio.us prior to the first day of the class session to receive a full refund. If after attending the first class a student wishes to withdraw, an 80% refund will be offered if notice is received within 24 hours of the class ending. No refunds are available after attending the second class.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds can only be offered in the original payment method, and may take 5-10 days for processing.
What if a course or workshop is canceled?
Each course requires a minimum number of students to ensure a valuable experience for all. Accordingly, students may be contacted if a course or workshop needs to be canceled due to low enrollment. Students can choose to transfer their registration to another class, or will receive a full refund via their original payment method.
What if I have to miss a class?
One makeup class is permitted per session, and must be completed during the same session. Students can email their makeup class requests to info@kbstudio.us.
What is KB Studio's photography and intellectual property policy?
Students are asked to send digitial photos of their work for one-on-one meetings and group meetings. These photos are stored by KB Studio for future online reviews, exhibitions, publications, and group projects. KB Studio reserves the right to document studio activities, artwork, and exhibitions and use that media for marketing and archival purposes. No photographs or student information is shared with third parties.
What is KB Studio's privacy policy?
KB Studio values the privacy of its community members highly, and does not share the private information of any student with third parties or other students. Students may request to share their own contact information with specific other students through info@kbstudio.us, and each recipient can then choose to respond independently.
