Navigating New Directions

Over the past few months, artists in the Re-Imagine: Expanding Studio Practices program worked with the subjects of navigation and vibration to learn more about the essence of movement and energy in visual art. They explored these concepts in their sketchbooks through a variety of experimental approaches, materials, and processes. Images were developed through multiple prompts including the nautilus/spiral, wanderlust, linear directions and patterns, moving objects, and blurred worlds.
